Delivery + Returns

At Hullabaloo Toolbox, we specialize in offering quirky sensory toys, fidget tools, and creative resources designed to support all children—whether neurodiverse or neurotypical—including those with hyperactivity, sensory needs, or a natural love for hands-on play. We proudly serve parents, caregivers, and professionals with a focus on fun, stimulation, and learning through honest, imaginative experiences. Delivery Information

We aim to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
 Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): FREE for orders over $50

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout

Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on stock availability at our fulfillment centers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow the journey of your parcel from us to you.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your Hullabaloo goodies—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Free Returns Within 30 Days
 We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (excluding Final Sale items or unless otherwise stated).

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unused, in ‘as new’ condition, and in original packaging.

  2. The return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  3. The product must not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” unless it is faulty.

  4. A clear photo of the item(s) is required before posting so we can assess the condition.

Important Note on Bundles:
 If you're returning part of a bundle, the discount no longer applies. Your refund will be calculated based on the current price of the items you’re keeping.
