Once shipped, HuLLaBaLOo Toolbox is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs. Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched.
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided they meet our return conditions.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., clearance stock, opened packaging, or gift cards).
